Available Sunday to Thursday nights only. Sauna sessions and wellness classes must be booked in advance with our reservations team to guarantee availability. Guests attending the sauna or studio are kindly asked to sign a health and safety waiver before arrival. Travel to the sauna is not included; it’s a 5 minute drive or a 45 minute scenic walk across Stanpit Marsh.
