Craving the warmth of the shore? Head to Avon Beach for a 60 minute Saltwater Sauna session — a soothing ritual of sea air, steam, and serenity.
Sauna not your thing? Step out for less than a minute and join a yoga or Pilates class at Maya & Moon Wellness Studio instead — the ideal way to stretch, reset, and move with intention.
Whether you’re travelling solo or sharing a peaceful escape with someone special, this flexible experience lets you choose the path to your perfect unwind.

Please note:
Available Sunday to Thursday nights only. Sauna sessions and wellness classes must be booked in advance with our reservations team to guarantee availability. Guests attending the sauna or studio are kindly asked to sign a health and safety waiver before arrival. Travel to the sauna is not included; it’s a 5 minute drive or a 45 minute scenic walk across Stanpit Marsh.

For families, our Priory King bedrooms comfortably sleep up to four guests, including a Hypnos double sofa bed. Theatre tickets must be pre booked in advance with our Guest Relations team to guarantee availability.
